Suwannee Valley Electric offers various, convenient ways to pay your bill.
Our SmartHub Customer self-service system allows you access to your electric information online and to pay your bill 24 hours a day, seven days a week. To use this system, go to SVEC website, www.svec-coop.com, and click on the link to pay your bill.
Before you can access your online account for the first time you will need to complete a one-time online registration, during which you will need your account number, the last name or business name, and the last four digits of the primary account holder social security number or federal tax ID number. A valid email address will also be needed to complete the registration.
Accepted payment options are credit card (MasterCard, Visa, and Discover) debit card (with the MasterCard or Visa logos) and check. Your payment will post within minutes of paying. If after 10:00 PM payments will be available for viewing after 6:00 AM the following day. Click Here to Begin.
Payments can be made by mail using the envelopes provided with your bill. Please be sure to allow mailing time.
Use our convenient Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system to pay your bill by calling (386) 362-2226 or (800) 447-4509. The first time you call you will need your billing account information. If your account is past due, it is recommended that you contact member services to prevent disruption of your power. Your payment will post within minutes of paying. For a hassle-free, no fee method of payment, sign up for recurring credit card payments or bank draft. You authorize SVEC to withdraw funds from the account of your choosing to pay your monthly electric bill. Once enrolled your balance due will be automatically debited each month the Wednesday before the due date. You can sign-up through our on-line account management system SmartHub. Use our convenient KIOSK in the foyer of SVEC. You will need your billing account number or you can scan your bill. Accepted payment options are credit card (MasterCard, Visa and Discover) debit card (with the MasterCard and Visa logos) cash and check. Our kiosk is open 24 hours a day seven days a week, so get out of line and save time.
We are available to accept your payment during regular office hours 8-4:30pm and our drive thru stays open until 6pm. We accept cash, check, money orders, credit/debit cards. Our after-hours drop box is also available to drop a check or money order. Our after-hours drop box payments are posted to the account the next business day.
Local Convenience Stores:
Pay your electric bill at participating convenience stores throughout the service territory. Participating stores will have a Fidelity Express Logo. A merchant convenience fee may be charged.

NOTICE Regarding Lafayette County Payment Location:
SVEC would like to inform members that payments will no longer be accepted at Fast Track #264 located at 391 E Main Street in Mayo. SVEC is currently trying to establish another payment location as quickly as possible. Should you have any questions please call Member Services at (386) 362-2226 or (800) 447-4509.
Please note that credit card payments are only accepted on Residential accounts.
