SVEC closes lobby but remains open for business

To help protect the health and safety of its consumer-members and employees, SVEC has closed its lobby until further notice.

However, SVEC continues to offer a number of convenient ways for doing business with the cooperative. Consumer-members may:

  • Download and use the co-op’s free SmartHub account management app.
  • Live chat with a member service representative at
  • Call 800-447-4509 for member services or 800-752-0025 to report an outage.
  • Use the 24-hour drive-thru payment kiosk at the co-op’s office.
  • Visit the drive-up window, also at the co-op’s office, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
