Our SmartHub customer self-service system allows you access to your electric information online and to pay your bill 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Accepted payment options are credit card* (MasterCard, Visa, and Discover) debit card* (with the MasterCard or Visa logos) and check. Your payment will post within minutes of paying. If after 10:00 PM payments will be available for viewing after 6:00 AM the following day.
Use our convenient automated system to pay your bill by giving us a call. The first time you call you will need your billing account information. Accepted payment options are checks, credit card* (MasterCard, Visa and Discover) and debit card* (MasterCard and Visa).
If your account is past due, it is recommended that you contact Member Services to prevent disruption of your power. Your payment will post within minutes of paying. If after 10:00 p.m. payments will be available for viewing after 6 a.m. the following day. Electronic payments save time and money!
For a hassle-free, no-fee method of payment, sign up for recurring credit card payments or bank draft. You authorize SVEC to withdraw funds from the account of your choosing to pay your monthly electric bill. Beginning with the next bill after you have enrolled, your balance due will be automatically debited each month on the Wednesday before the due date (you will need to use another method to pay an amount already due when you enroll).

Payments can be made by mail using the envelopes provided with your bill. Please be sure to allow mailing time.
We are available to accept your payment at our office from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. We accept cash, check, money orders, and credit/debit cards.
* The minimum transaction amount for card payments is $5.00.
