Time-of-Use

Offered as an optional General Service Rate for establishments with less than or equal to 100 kW monthly demand for at least 9 of the preceding 12 months. This service must be received for a minimum of 12 months.

Off-Peak Energy Charge — 9.35 cents per kWh

Outdoor Lighting

Small (less than 7,000 Lumens) — 29 cents per day
Medium (7,000-14,000 Lumens) — 43.3 cents per day
Large (greater than 14,000 Lumens) — 60 cents per day

Note: Only LED lamps will be installed for new service, and an LED lamp will be installed to replace a malfunctioning or non-working high pressure sodium lamp.

All rates plus gross receipts tax & other taxes, as applicable.


* Wholesale Power Adjustment (WPCA) – All energy charges shall be increased or decreased by 1/10th mill ($.0001) per kilowatt hour for each 1/10 mill or major fraction thereof, by which the average wholesale power cost per kilowatt hour sold for the preceding month exceeds or is less than 85.0 mills ($.085).
