If you would like to establish a new non-residential / commercial account with SVEC, please complete our New Non-Residential / Commercial Service Application by clicking one of the buttons below. You may either download the application, fill it out, and fax or mail it to us, or use our all-new Online application form. Once your application is received you will be contacted by a Member Services representative to review and complete your application. Please allow up to two (2) business days to process your request. Service Transfers and Disconnects may be requested through SmartHub, our online account management tool.
Submit an Application for Membership along with a copy of your Photo ID. You may download, complete and return the application to SVEC via mail or fax, or use our all-new online application form. A $5.00 Membership fee is charged to become a member of SVEC. Please allow up to two business days for SVEC to process your application.
If you are not currently a member and are establishing a new account you will be required to pay a $5.00 membership fee. If you are just adding additional services the $5.00 membership fee is not required.
A $35.00 connect fee is charged for all new services connected during regular business hours. A $100.00 after hours charge is in addition to the base $35.00 if the account is required to be connected after regular business hours.
SVEC offers multiple rates for a non-residential/commercial account depending on the size of the load the member is going to be connecting to the system.
