Submit an Application for Membership along with a copy of your Photo ID.. You may either download the application, fill it out, and fax or mail it to us, or use our all-new Online application form.
3. Submit an Application for Service.
Once your application is received you will be contacted by a Member Services representative to review and complete your application. Please allow up to two (2) business days to process your request.
If you would like to establish a new residential account with SVEC at a location where electric service has previously existed , please complete the steps below.
What are the Fees for a New Service ?
If you are not currently a member and are establishing a new account you will be required to pay a $5.00 membership fee. If you are just adding additional services the $5.00 membership fee is not required.
A $35.00 connect fee is charged for all new services connected during regular business hours. A $50.00 after hours charge is in addition to the base $25.00 if the account is required to be connected after regular business hours.
Deposit in the amount of $250.00 for Property Owners or $500.00 for Renters*
What residential rates do I have to chose from?
Along with a Standard Billing Rate , SVEC offers ours members MY Choice an exciting pre-paid program that provides the member increased awareness of their electricity usage while providing convenience for their payments.
* Applicants who are applying for membership.
