At Suwannee Valley Electric, we work hard to keep your lights on around the clock. However, we realize that some outages can’t be avoided. When your power is out, our linemen immediately go to work to restore power safely and quickly.
REPORTING AN OUTAGE:
Suwannee Valley Electric has a variety of ways for our members to report and track outages.
Mobile SmartHub app: Outages can be reported from your tablet or other mobile device once you’ve downloaded our app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Online: View and report outages instantly. Our website features a live outage map showing current outages with additional outage info such as cause and estimated restoration time. Outages can be reported using the SmartHub link on our home page.

Our outage management system recognizes your service location by your telephone number making reporting easier for you and allowing us to speed up response and restoration time. In order for that to happen, your account information must be current. You can update your information using SmartHub or contact member services at (386) 362-2226, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
