Non-Demand

• General Service (Rate 5) — This rate is for all loads with a demand under 50 kilowatts (kW).
• General Service Time-of-Use — This is an optional rate for loads that will be able to manage when they use their electricity to reduce costs. The load will need to be under 100 kW.

For each meter connected, a security deposit of 2 times the average or projected 1-month bill at the billing location is required. The amount of security deposit may be adjusted after 3 months of usage if there is any substantial variance in the estimate from actual usage.
