It’s important to us that we meet the needs of our members, including members who have special medical needs.

• Please fill out the Medical Necessity Form (PDF) if you have a medical need dependent on electricity
• We ask that members mail or hand-deliver the form to Member Services

We also recommend that you register with your county emergency management agency. You can do so by using the online Florida Special Needs Registry website.
