A security deposit is required for each meter in the amount of 2 times the average or projected monthly bill.
*Customer Facilities Charge: Helps cover the fixed costs of maintaining the cooperative’s electric system, such as poles, wire, transformers and keeping rights of way cleared.
**Wholesale Power Adjustment (WPCA): All energy charges shall be increased or decreased by 1/10th mill ($.0001) per kilowatt-hour (kWh) for each 1/10 mill or major fraction thereof, by which the average wholesale power cost per kWh sold for the preceding month exceeds or is less than 80.0 mills ($.080). ^Idalia Cost Recovery: $.0092 per kilowatt-hour.

Security Deposits
Security deposits are required on all meters. Your security deposit is based on the type of service requested.
The security deposit is not considered advance payment of your electric bill and will be applied to unpaid bills only after service is disconnected.
Existing members may be eligible for a deposit waiver.
