1 cup finely chopped sweet onions
- 1 cup mayonnaise (preferably Duke’s)
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Paprika
- Pita chips
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Combine onions, mayonnaise, and cheese and place in baking dish. Lightly dust top with paprika and bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly and brown on top. Serve with pita chips.
Tip: Add collard greens that have been cooked, mashed, and very well-drained to this dip for a taste explosion.
