When you save energy, you save money. Check back here each month for new ways to make your home or business more energy efficient.

If your home is feeling uncomfortably warm — and your utility bill is unexpectedly high — during these sweltering summer months, consider checking your air filter. Because the air conditioning system is running more frequently in longer cycles this time of year, more particles and dust are being sucked into the filter that could be clogging the airflow.
