As of 10:00 a.m. today, SVEC had restored power to about 20,000 (89%) of the consumers who lost power due to Hurricane Irma. 150 men from SVEC, contractors and mutual-aid electric co-operatives are in the field again today repairing damaged power lines and replacing broken poles.
