At Suwannee Valley Electric Cooperative, we work hard to keep your power on around the clock. However, we realize that some outages can’t be avoided. If your power does go out, our linemen immediately go to work to restore it, safely and quickly.
Report Your Outage
As an SVEC consumer-member, you can report an outage by:
- Logging into your online account;
- Using our SmartHub account management app on your cell phone or other mobile device;
- Calling (800) 752-0025. Be sure to call using the phone number we have on file for your account. Our outage management system recognizes your service location by your phone number. This makes reporting easier for you and allows us to speed up response and restoration time. So, always make sure we have your current phone number.
