At SVEC, the health and well-being of our consumer-members and employees are of the utmost importance, and we understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing because of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
To help prevent the spread of the virus, and pursuant to Governor DeSantis’ executive orders declaring a state of emergency in Florida and CDC guidelines to avoid gatherings of more than 10 people, the SVEC Board of Trustees has elected to change the format of this year’s Annual Meeting. Instead of the traditional person-to-person meeting, a virtual business meeting will be streamed live on SVEC’s Facebook page beginning at 11:00 a.m. on April 25. (The 2020 Annual Meeting will be held in this virtual format as long as it does not violate any state or federal order.)

Members can register for the meeting from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. on April 25 via drive-thru lanes that will be set up on the cooperative’s campus located at 11340 100th St., Live Oak, FL. The member must show this official notice to register and cannot register for another person. Each member who registers will receive a $10 credit to their electric bill and a $25 Visa gift card as a door prize.
