Meet Your Trustee — Cynthia Boyette, District 8
Cynthia Boyette represents District 8, which is in northeast Suwannee County and a portion of Columbia County surrounding U.S. Highway 90 west of I-75. She is the newest member of the Suwannee Valley Electric Cooperative (SVEC) board of trustees.
Carolina Sweet Onion Dip
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Combine onions, mayonnaise, and cheese and place in baking dish. Lightly dust top with paprika and bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly and brown on top. Serve with pita chips.
