White Chocolate & Caramel Bread Pudding

  • 15 dinner rolls
  • 7 eggs
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 2 cups caramel chips

White Chocolate Sauce:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips


Heat oven to 425 F. Grease the bottom of a 9-by-13-inch pan. Cut rolls into small pieces and place them into a large bowl. In a separate bowl, blend eggs, vanilla, evaporated milk, nutmeg, cinnamon, whole milk, and sugar. Pour the mixture over the bread pieces and fold to saturate the bread. Pour into a greased pan and top with white chocolate and caramel chips. Bake for 20 minutes, then rotate and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Top with sauce. Serve warm.

White chocolate sauce: Mix powdered sugar, evaporated milk, and white chocolate chips and bring to low boil. Pour over bread pudding.
